Velera seeks a Client Delivery Analyst III (Instant Credit Card Origination - ICCO) to lead complex client implementations in a remote, flexible environment. You will oversee requirements gathering, guide technical execution, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact card origination projects for financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Lending Origination System experience preferred.
• Six Sigma training and project management certification preferred.
• 5 years of related experience in the payment processing industry.
• 5 years of business or system analysis experience.
• 3 years of client-facing project support experience.
• Experience completing card processing conversions migrating data between platforms.

Responsabilités

• Meet with client to discuss specifications and guide project options.
• Complete gap analyses to define system setup requirements.
• Provide consulting on approaches to meet business requirements.
• Communicate requirements between client and vendor teams.
• Execute project plan with timely, accurate technical tasks.
• Identify and report outstanding issues to the project manager.
