Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics, dispatching, scheduling, communication, and problem-solving.
• Excellent, natural English communication skills.
• Experience in dispatching, transportation logistics, scheduling, or similar operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for scheduled and incoming transportation requests.
• Monitor active trips and ensure drivers and passengers are coordinated.
• Enter, update, and maintain trip and customer information accurately.
• React quickly to cancellations, delays, and scheduling conflicts.
