Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or administrative roles.
• Experience in the elevator industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch service requests for elevator maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor technician availability and workload to assign calls efficiently.
• Maintain daily schedules and preventive maintenance routes.
• Communicate updates to customers and management.
• Ensure accurate documentation in dispatching and service systems.
• Follow up on open service requests to ensure resolution.
