zTrip is seeking a dependable Taxi Dispatcher to coordinate driver assignments, monitor trips, and provide timely support to drivers and customers for efficient service during the evening shift.

The role emphasizes fast-paced problem-solving, clear communication, and strong organizational skills. You will work with operations, customer service, and management to ensure smooth dispatch and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with dispatching software or fleet management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign drivers based on trip volume and service requirements.
• Monitor active trips and address routing, scheduling, and real-time issues.
• Communicate trip updates to drivers and customers.
• Maintain dispatch records, trip logs, and documentation.
• Support billing inquiries and general administrative tasks in the evening.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and management teams.
