Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM with after-hours calls and texts as needed; you’ll maintain real-time driver communication, coordinate timing and load progress, and provide strong customer service to resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Verify driver credentials, including DOT authority and insurance
• Maintain real‑time communication with drivers for pickup and delivery updates
• Coordinate timing, scheduling, and load progress
• Communicate clearly with sales and accounting to keep all departments aligned
• Provide strong customer service and problem‑solving when needed
