Job summary

Attis Global Ltd is seeking a Capture & Proposal Manager for a defense tech startup focused on federal growth. This remote role supports the VP Growth and will shape the public sector revenue strategy, pursuit plans, and bid delivery for US federal programs.

You will manage end-to-end pursuits, build compliance matrices, coordinate RFIs and industry days, and leverage AI proposal tools. Familiarity with SAM.gov, DSIP, FPDS, and HubSpot is highly valued; 3–5+ years in defense or government

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in federal capture, proposal coordination, or BD roles within defense or government tech environments.
• Experience executing within DoD non-traditional contracting vehicles (SBIR/STTR, OTA, BAA).
• Familiarity with Shipley/APMP frameworks, storyboarding, compliance matrices, and color-team reviews.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive public sector revenue strategy, opportunity tracking, pursuit planning, and winning bid delivery.
• Set up pursuit workflows, build bid/no-bid packages, and maintain capture plans.
• Coordinate RFIs, industry days, and pre-solicitation efforts; lead reviews and submissions.
