Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in capture management or business development operations.
• 5+ years of experience with pipeline management systems.
• 3+ years leading organization-wide capture and pipeline calls.

Responsibilities

• Own capture activities before proposals are released.
• Define and monitor the health of the opportunity pipeline.
• Track federal, state, and local budget cycles.
