This role involves strategic planning, decision-making support, and collaboration across teams. Candidates should have substantial experience in proposal strategy and capture management within the public sector. • Proven ability to synthesize complex data and present structured leadership briefings.
• Experience with balanced candor in bid/no-bid processes.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, or local acquisition processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capture planning for high-value opportunities.
• Define and monitor the health and quality of the opportunity pipeline.
• Serve as the single point of truth for why ACDC is bidding.
