You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to guide candidates through scheduling, communication, and handoffs, ensuring a high-quality experience across all remote roles. You will support process improvements, coordinate interviews across time zones, and act as a brand ambassador for GitLab’s inclusive, all-remote culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting end-to-end hiring in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse beneficial.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and maintain confidentiality.
• Interest in talent acquisition and inclusive hiring.
• Comfort working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Recruiters and hiring teams to understand and execute hiring plans.
• Maintain accurate hiring process information in ATS and GitLab repositories.
• Manage candidate scheduling and coordinate interviews.
• Ensure timely, thoughtful communication with candidates at each stage.
• Create and stage employment contracts for offers with recruiters.
• Partner with People Ops for seamless onboarding handoffs.
• Promote GitLab's values and all-remote culture in candidate interactions.
