Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in University Recruiting or a similar cross-functional role.
• Proven track record designing and scaling recruiting programs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building programs from scratch.
• Strong analytical instincts to evaluate program health and trends.
• Willingness to travel to conferences and events.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale university recruiting programs and initiatives.
• Partner with University Recruiting Team and People Team to drive impact.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, identify bottlenecks, and report results.
• Support ad-hoc programs as the recruiting function scales.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and event programming.
• Represent Together AI at events and conferences.
