Job summary

Bedrock Robotics is seeking an AI/ML Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for our most critical technical roles as we bring advanced autonomy to the construction industry. You will partner directly with engineering leadership and the founding team to identify and close world-class AI/ML researchers, perception engineers, and autonomy scientists across the U.S.

You’ll hunt talent through academic labs, NeurIPS, CVPR, ICLR, ICRA, and the spinout ecosystem, not just LinkedIn, and you’ll need

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (AI/ML, robotics, autonomous systems)
• Deep fluency in AI/ML topics and ability to evaluate research depth
• Strong sourcing across research papers, conferences, and technical networks

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML, perception, and robotics roles with engineering leadership
• Lead technical leadership searches and grow the recruiting org
• Build and use AI-powered recruiting tools to source faster and maintain clean pipelines
• Run compensation strategy and offers for niche AI/ML talent
• Represent Bedrock at conferences and meetups to build employer brand
• Mentor future recruiters as the team scales
