Qualifications

• Experience managing internal teams and external agencies in enterprise settings.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise campaign operations strategy and operating model.
• Build an efficient production model with internal teams, self-service, and external partners.
• Establish planning standards, workflows, templates, and reusable components.
• Measure and improve production timelines, velocity, quality, and predictability.
• Own the capability roadmap aligning with growth objectives across marketing.
• Provide governance for campaign platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Workfront.
• Lead a distributed team of automation strategists and campaign producers.
• Develop documentation, training, and onboarding materials for teams.
