Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing ops, campaign ops, or related marketing tech and production functions.
• Strong track record building and operating scalable campaign production models.
• Experience translating business needs into technology, process, workflow, or automation solutions.
• Demonstrated experience improving campaign velocity, quality, and time-to-market.
• Hands-on leadership with executive communication and cross-functional influence.
• Knowledge of personalization, audience data, and customer journeys.
• Experience managing internal teams along with external agencies or managed services.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled marketing workflows and content operations.
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, privacy, and deliverability considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise campaign operations strategy, operating model, and governance.
• Build a production model balancing internal teams, marketer self-service, and external resources.
• Establish templates, workflows, and reusable components to speed-up marketing
• Improve campaign timelines, velocity, quality, and predictability.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements across the lifecycle.
• Lead governance for platforms and integrated systems like SFMC and Workfront.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, Digital, and Product leaders to align priorities.
• Develop documentation, playbooks, and onboarding materials for teams.
