Job summary

Scaling With Systems is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own execution of approved docs into live campaigns. You will build funnels, VSL pages, forms, and sequences, wire GoHighLevel automations and tracking, and QA every deliverable.

This is a remote role with an async-first team, focusing on rapid, mistake-free implementation. You will handle the execution of copy, layouts, and tech integrations while not making strategic pricing or positioning decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing ops, funnel building, or DFY campaign implementation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one funnel or CRM tool (GoHighLevel strongly preferred).
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics, tracking codes, and third‑party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build V1 sales funnels from approved docs.
• Format VSL scripts, ads, and email/SMS sequences.
• Organize and name every asset to SOP.
• Wire GoHighLevel forms, calendars, and automations.
• QA every build before AM handoff.
• Handle small copy and layout changes across existing assets.
• Update PM tool (Asana) at all times.
