Job summary

Scrambly is seeking an Account Manager to oversee campaigns for advertisers, handling technical setup, optimization toward KPIs, and day-to-day communications. You will build strong partner relationships and identify upsell opportunities to drive growth.

You will collaborate with the team on new ideas, monitor performance, and ensure campaigns run smoothly while aiming for higher milestones that fuel scalable partner growth in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales or similar.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Solid analytical skills with numbers and data.
• Understanding of mobile attribution and campaign tracking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, autonomous work style.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize advertiser campaigns to hit KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and agencies.
• Communicate opportunities and upsell to partners.
• Onboard new advertisers and ensure smooth setup.
• Assess competitive landscape and identify revenue opportunities.
• Provide regular updates and address challenges as they arise.
