Persona is seeking a Managed Services Coordinator to support client engagement campaigns for a fast-growing SaaS company. You will own campaign execution from build to launch, ensuring accuracy, on-schedule delivery, and client-voiced results.

The role blends campaign operations, copywriting, data management, QA, reporting, and client coordination. If you are organized, a concise writer, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Strong written communication across client voices.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, launch, and manage client campaigns per roadmaps.
• Write campaign copy adapting to each client voice.
• Prepare and manage contact lists, segments, and suppression lists.
• Maintain data hygiene across workflows and map fields.
• Support integrations between platforms and AMS/CRM systems.
• Build campaigns across email, SMS, and web channels.
• Perform end-to-end QA of campaigns and tracking links.
• Monitor live campaigns and report performance insights.
• Pull reports and prepare client-facing summaries.
• Collaborate with Client Success Manager on client calls.
