• 6+ months dishwashing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishware, cookware, utensils and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware and equipment thoroughly.
• Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and dining areas.
• Restock coolers and displays as needed.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and HACCP procedures.
• Operate and sanitize the mechanical dishwasher.
• Assist in safety meetings and follow Target Hospitality procedures.
• Provide world-class customer service and support team needs.
