Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months of dishwashing experience or equivalent.
• Must read and write in English.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep dining room and service areas clean and orderly.
• Operate and sanitize the mechanical dishwasher according to standards.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and safety procedures.
• Assist in restocking coolers and displays as needed.
• Attend safety meetings and follow emergency procedures.
