Job summary

Target Hospitality is hiring Kitchen Staff I to maintain dishwashing operations and overall cleanliness in remote camp dining facilities. The role supports a 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation, following SOPs and HACCP guidelines while ensuring clean dishes, cookware, and equipment.

The position emphasizes safety culture, fast and efficient service, and adherence to sanitation standards in a high-demand environment. Training and benefits are provided in a hospitality setting across North America.

Qualifications

• 6+ months dishwashing experience or equivalent, preferable in remote camp or hotel/hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and oral.
• Valid food safety certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Work effectively with or without supervision.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work long rotations away from home.
• Must pass background check and urinalysis.
• Provide your own transportation to facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, kitchen areas, dishes, cookware, and equipment.
• Operate and sanitize the mechanical dishwasher.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for dishwashing procedures.
• Restock coolers and displays as needed.
• Follow sanitation guidelines within SOPs and policies.
• Provide world-class customer service and support safety meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
