Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking Kitchen Staff I to maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas, operate the dishwasher, and follow sanitation standards on a rotation-based schedule. The role requires dishwashing experience and reliable English communication to support a safe, efficient kitchen environment.

Convenient for candidates able to participate in a 6 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation and potentially travel to remote sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months dishwashing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Must be able to work effectively with or without supervision.
• Must pass a background check and urinalysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishware, cookware, utensils, equipment, and dining/kitchen areas.
• Operate the mechanical dishwasher and ensure proper sanitation.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for manual dishwashing procedures.
• Restock coolers and displays; assist in dining room maintenance.
• Attend safety meetings and adhere to SOPs and policies.
