Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Staff I to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and kitchen. You will operate the mechanical dishwasher, follow HACCP guidelines, and assist in restocking displays, while delivering world-class service to guests.

The role requires 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training and safety meetings are provided, with opportunities to grow within the hospitality

Qualifications

• 6+ months dishwashing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check and urinalysis.
• Willingness to travel and work long rotations away from home.
• Must provide own transportation to and from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and equipment.
• Operate the mechanical dishwasher.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for manual dishwashing procedures.
• Restock coolers and displays in the dining room.
• Attend safety meetings and follow emergency procedures.
• Exceed guests' needs with world-class customer service.
• Additional duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
