Job summary

Everise seeks a Trainer to lead the development and delivery of training for call center personnel on product information, sales, and customer service. The role covers both remote virtual and on-site classrooms in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

The trainer will design curricula, create materials, and certify trainees, collaborating with client teams to ensure consistent performance and adherence to Everise standards.

Qualifications

• One year minimum instructing adults in a training setting.
• Experience in contact center or customer service environments preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire and ongoing training with emphasis on customer service, sales, product knowledge and policies.
• Train in remote virtual environments or brick-and-mortar settings.
• Facilitate via Adobe Connect or similar platforms and adapt to both virtual and in-person formats.
• Maintain high graduation success rates and post-training performance.
