Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a call center environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while inputting data accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Answer and track incoming calls.
• Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems.
• Interact with callers, applying critical thinking beyond scripts.
• Navigate multiple systems and document information accurately.
• Record call details per procedures and conduct research.
• Route and escalate calls appropriately and perform other duties as assigned.
