Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Call Center Agent for Services and Benefits to work remotely nationwide. The role supports members and Health Plan partners, with shifts 8:00 AM–11:00 PM ET, seven days a week. This contract position starts at $17 per hour.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Must have a dedicated home workspace free of distractions.
• Reliable internet connection and strong written/spoken communication.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service for customers, members, and Health Plan partners.
• Meet call center service level standards and KPIs.
• Handle inbound/outbound calling programs and related performance metrics.
• Assist with data entry, backorders, and off-phone tasks as needed.
