ProVision Virtual Solutions is seeking dedicated Customer Service Professionals to join our Call Center Services Team. This remote role offers the opportunity to support multiple clients with Technical Support, Roadside, general Customer Service, and Human IVR/Concierge services.

Responsibilities include handling billing inquiries, basic troubleshooting, dispatching crews, roadside calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Professional at home office space for working.
• Experience providing customer support across multiple channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Dispatch technical crews when needed.
