Expivia Marketing is seeking customer service representatives to join our team. This is a work-from-home position with mandatory in-person training at our main office in Erie, PA.

The role focuses on maintaining a positive attitude, promptly addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints through multiple channels. You will keep detailed records of interactions and coordinate with teammates to improve service processes.
