Expivia Marketing is hiring for a Client Relationship & Scheduling Coordinator (Work From Home). After mandatory in-person training at Expivia’s Erie, PA office, you’ll operate remotely to keep clients connected with their financial advisers. You’ll handle scheduling, communications, and follow-ups to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires a high school diploma, familiarity with Word/Excel, and strong communication. Opportunity for growth within a professional, client-focused team.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, or sales preferred.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Mansioni

• Communicate with current clients of financial advisers by phone and email (No cold calling).
• Conduct scripted qualifying questions to understand client interest and needs.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage adviser appointments.
• Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and a positive experience.
• Keep adviser calendars organized and accurate.
