Qualifications

• CA workers' compensation claims management experience required.
• SIP certification preferred or must be obtained within one year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex CA workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due.
• Manage claims through investigation, benefit determination, settlement negotiation, and resolution.
• Handle high exposure claims including litigation and rehabilitation; ensure adjudication within service expectations.
