Ideal candidates have CA WC claims experience, SIP certification, and a track record in high-exposure claims handling, settlement negotiation, and subrogation assessment. Education and licensing must meet state requirements for eligibility.

Qualifications

• California workers' compensation claims experience required.
• SIP certification preferred/required depending on client assignment and state of residence.
• Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and processes California workers' compensation claims involving investigation and information gathering.
• Negotiates settlements within designated authority.
• Calculates and assigns reserves; processes benefits and payments; ensures timely settlements.
