Ideal candidates have 5–10 years CAD experience, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with MicroStation, Bentley tools, and BIM workflows. Hybrid or remote work options are available in the US.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in CAD or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of CAD platforms experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and Bentley tools; familiarity with BIM platforms is a plus.
• Strong CAD standards knowledge and ability to document processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce CAD standards, libraries, and workflows.
• Provide day-to-day CAD user support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with CAD training material development and onboarding.
• Coordinate software installations, updates, and license management.
• Support project setup, file management, and data exchange between CAD platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve CAD-related issues.
