Hanson Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Deputy CAD Administrator to support the CAD and design technology environment across offices, with hybrid or remote options. You will maintain CAD standards, assist users, and help implement scalable workflows to enable project delivery and growth.

The role requires 5–10 years CAD experience and proficiency with MicroStation and ProjectWise; experience with BIM tools is a plus. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in CAD, Eng Tech, drafting, or related field.
• 5–10 years of professional CAD experience.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and Bentley OpenX products and ProjectWise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CAD standards, libraries, and workflows.
• Provide day-to-day CAD user support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with software installs, licenses, and version updates.
• Coordinate CAD data with IT and project managers.
• Support cross-discipline coordination and data exchange between CAD platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve CAD workflows and automation.
