Hanson Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Deputy CAD Administrator to lead CAD standards, support, and workflow improvements across offices. You will help implement efficient design practices and support project teams with CAD tools and processes.

The role requires strong CAD expertise, collaboration across disciplines, and a focus on scalable, reliable design environments. Hybrid or remote work options are available, with emphasis on delivering quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• . Associate degree or higher in CAD, Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• .
• 5 to 10 years of CAD experience in a professional environment.
• Proficiency with MicroStation and/or Bentley OpenX and/or ProjectWise; BIM tools a plus.
• Strong CAD standards, plotting, and file management understanding.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce CAD standards, libraries, and workflows.
• Provide day-to-day CAD user support and training.
• Coordinate software installations, versions, and licensing.
• Support project teams and cross-discipline data exchange.
• Identify CAD workflow improvements for scalability.
