Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a remote freelance CAD modeller to help train and evaluate AI agents in a real CAD environment. You will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and judge the agent's attempts as CFD engineers simulate the geometry.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of CAD modelling experience with CATIA/SolidWorks/Siemens NX/Creo, hold an active CAD licence, and are proficient in Python and GitHub with English at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering; Master’s/PhD a plus.
• 5+ years of professional CAD modelling experience with listed tools.
• Active professional CAD licence is required.
• Comfortable with Python and GitHub.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Help train and evaluate AI agents in a real CAD environment.
• Design part geometry and build reference solutions.
