Job summary

INNERGY specializes in cloud-based ERP for custom manufacturers and operates with a global remote team. This role focuses on configuring, building, validating, and maintaining engineering libraries that drive the client design‑to‑manufacturing workflow using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.

You will coach clients, perform in-library work when needed, and ensure libraries meet production standards while supporting onboarding and ongoing adoption of Toolbox workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering or similar AutoCAD-based tool.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configuring, validating, maintaining them.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience training and supporting clients remotely.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate product data, machining rules and design standards; work in client libraries when needed.
• Train and support clients with one-on-one guidance on using Toolbox and Engineering.
• Meet clients where they are and adapt to different technical skill levels.
• Maintain steady communication during onboarding and validation; document progress and fixes.
• Identify and fix library setup/configuration issues; collaborate on practical solutions to improve workflows.
• Provide client feedback to development/content teams to improve library management and client experience.
