INNERGY is a remote-first software company offering cloud-based ERP for custom manufacturers. The role involves configuring and maintaining engineering libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering to support clients in design-to-manufacturing workflows.

You will coach clients, validate data, and help them adopt Toolbox and Engineering through training materials and direct guidance. This position emphasizes clear communication and adaptable support across technical levels.

Competenze

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based tooling.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configuring, validating, and maintaining them.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Patience and empathy with clients.

Mansioni

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their engineering library needs.
• Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows.
• Assist clients in creating and validating product data, machining rules, and design standards; work in client libraries when needed.
• Train and support clients; create relevant training materials with Content Creation team.
• Meet clients where they are and adapt for different skill levels.
• Maintain steady client communication during onboarding and validation; document progress and fixes for the support team.
• Identify and fix library setup and usage issues; propose practical solutions to improve workflows.
• Provide feedback to development and content teams to improve library management and client experience.
