Job summary

INNERGY is hiring a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between CAD/CAM offerings and custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to run pre‑sales cycles, deliver tailored demonstrations, translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmaps.

This fully remote role welcomes candidates from across North America and requires ~3+ years in solutions engineering or manufacturing

Qualifications

3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environments.
Experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and related systems.
Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or custom manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead technical pre-sales cycles for CAD/CAM; articulate fit within INNERGY ecosystem.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences and events.
