INNERGY seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with the needs of custom manufacturers. You will partner with Sales for pre‑sales, run demos, and translate customer requirements into scalable solutions that drive design through CNC output.

This remote role welcomes candidates across North America and requires travel up to 25%. You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape capabilities and demonstrate tangible outcomes for millwork, cabinetry, and casework

Competenze

Background in the architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry or equivalent shop floor/production exposure.
3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
Hands‑on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post‑processors) and/or other CAD/CAM‑based systems.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex tech into business value.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close.
Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD‑based design and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions and libraries.
Guide customers on engineer‑to‑order and custom manufacturing environments.
Support technical validations, proofs‑of‑concepts, and complex deal cycles.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align needs with capabilities.
Capture customer feedback and represent the voice of the customer internally.
