Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM capabilities with custom manufacturers. This fully remote role partners with Sales to drive pre-sales success and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.

You'll demonstrate workflows, validate concepts, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to align offerings. Travel up to 25% for events and customer visits; work across North America to expand our woodworking ERP footprint.

Qualifications

3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems.
Consultative, problem-first mindset: you ask the right questions and connect bottlenecks to practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
Lead tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
Support technical validations and complex deal cycles.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Serve as the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
Refine demo environments, libraries, renderings, and manufacturing outputs.
Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
Support education sessions, webinars, and Lunch & Learn events.
