Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales, lead tailored demos, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions, including libraries and post-processors.

This remote role requires travel up to 25% and deep collaboration with Product and Engineering. You should come from millwork, cabinetry, or CNC manufacturing backgrounds with strong communication and

Qualifications

Experience in Solutions Engineering within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.
Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or similar industries.
Strong client-facing, consultative mindset and problem solving.
Hands-on with CAD/CAM tools and libraries (e.g., Toolbox, post-processors).
Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, visits, and events.

Responsibilities

Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery to close.
Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions and libraries.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
Support validations, proofs-of-concept, and complex deals.
Be the voice of the customer to internal teams to drive improvements.
Refine demo environments and manufacturing outputs for prospects.
