Job summary

INNERGY is hiring a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to advance the pre-sales cycle, deliver tailored CAD/CAM demonstrations, and translate customer needs into scalable solutions for engineer-to-order environments.

The role requires 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar, hands-on CAD/CAM experience, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

~3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering or technical consulting in a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close, and articulate how CAD/CAM fits in the INNERGY ecosystem.
Lead tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
Guide prospects on how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
