Job summary

Open Mind Health is seeking licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD/PhD) for 100% remote work as 1099 independent contractors. Earn $70–$80 per hour with a flexible schedule and a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Remote telehealth platform supports virtual care across California clients.

Active California licensure is required; applicants may reside outside California. No associate-level applicants for this role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD]).
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms.
• Must maintain minimum 20 hours of recurring weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to clients through our telehealth platform.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate.
• Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
