General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to transform HR processes and deliver data-driven insights for the Department of the Navy MAHRS program. You will analyze business systems, document requirements, and create dashboards and reports to support DON leadership.

The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, SharePoint content management, and the development of analytics products, with a focus on accuracy and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Five years designing, developing, and sustaining reports/dashboards/metrics with Cognos BI or DON/Jupiter.
• Three years using federal HR data for reporting/analysis.
• Two years of SharePoint content management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and document requirements for HR systems.
• Develop test plans and QA for enhancements, bugs, and upgrades.
• Create ad-hoc analyses, reports, and presentations for MAHRS and EEO.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations.
• Support DON/Jupiter reports, including data sources and calculations.
• Provide user support for EEO systems (iComplaints, NEAT, FEDSEP, IRCMS).
• Assist with MAHRS/EEO events and leadership briefing materials.
