Job summary

Seventh Dimension LLC is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program. You will collect, manage, analyze, and present data to inform leadership development decisions, develop data models and dashboards, and generate performance reports.

The role requires handling Government-controlled databases, collaborating with program leadership, and supervising an Administrative Support Assistant to ensure successful execution of program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BI/Statistics/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years developing BI solutions with real-time reporting.
• Experience presenting performance summaries to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collect BI data from multiple sources and manage datasets.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and predictive analytics.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and supervise the Administrative Support Assistant.
