Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to transform HR processes into mission impact for the Navy’s MAHRS and EEO programs.

You will analyze business processes, document requirements, and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards to support DON leadership. You will design, develop, and maintain HR reports using Cognos BI and Qlik, support enterprise HR systems, and provide user support for EEO tools across DON.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience designing, developing, and sustaining reports, dashboards, and metrics using Cognos BI, DON/Jupiter tools, or similar analytics platforms.
• Three (3) years of experience utilizing federal HR data in support of reporting and analysis.
• Two (2) years of Microsoft SharePoint content management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support HR reports, dashboards, and analytics products for MAHRS and EEO programs.
• Create ad-hoc analyses and presentations for leadership.
• Maintain and update SharePoint sites and governance artifacts.
