Job summary

MBC is seeking a Junior Power Platform Analyst to support the US Navy’s Civilian Intelligence Personnel System. The role involves developing Power BI dashboards, automating flows, and ensuring HR processes in DCPDS meet regulatory standards.

Candidates need a US bachelor’s degree, 3 years with Power Platform, and a Top Secret clearance. Expect domestic and international travel and onsite support at client sites.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a US-accredited university.
• 3 years’ experience using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track HR operations across platforms.
• Maintain Power Automate flows for position classification and tracking requests.
• Develop Power Automate flows for HRLink reports and processes.
• Support personnel actions procedures and document compliance.
• Verify documents are compliant with regulations and processed timely in DCPDS.
• Create Excel tools to support RPA verification and tracking.
