Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an Analytics Visualization Specialist to transform data into actionable insights for the Department of the Navy.

You will deliver high‑quality dashboards, visualizations, and analytics products supporting HR and manpower metrics across DON programs. Applicants should have 3+ years in data mining, analytics or software engineering, with hands-on experience in Qlik, Cognos BI or Databricks, and be a US citizen with SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of relevant experience in data mining, advanced analytical algorithms, programming, data science or software engineering.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms.
• Strong interpersonal (verbal, written, listening and non-verbal communication) skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide metrics, automation workflows, and visualization analytics for HR and manpower data.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports from multiple data sources.
• Create data models in Qlik that join multiple data sets and tables.
• Ensure data management activities comply with DoD/DON regulations.
