Job summary

Quility is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to translate business and system needs into concrete requirements for cross-functional development teams in an Agile environment. You will gather, analyze, document, validate, and prioritize requirements while acting as a liaison between stakeholders and developers.

This role requires strong technical acumen with APIs, event-driven architectures, authentication systems (SSO/MFA), and complex integrations. Remote work is available in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, event-driven architectures, authentication/authorization systems (SSO, MFA), feature flagging, and configuration management.
• Knowledge of databases, data models, and IT infrastructures.
• Agile methodologies experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Understand and help project managers/product owners create business cases by listing high-level requirements in scope.
• Gather, validate, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders using elicitation techniques.
• Document requirements by creating detailed user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and update documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Translate architectural decisions into actionable user stories for development teams.
• Support QA with clear acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
