Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or system integration environments.
• Strong knowledge of integration concepts, APIs, and data mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Prepare clear and detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Create process flow diagrams, swimlane workflows, and data mapping documents.
• Collaborate on API testing and data validation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Confluence.
