The role emphasizes gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting agile development. Travel is required for partner and client meetings, with a typical schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, business process analysis, requirements gathering, or related function.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into requirements and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
Collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams to refine backlog and support sprint planning.
Create process documentation and diagrams to inform solution design and decision-making.
Support testing, UAT, and defect resolution to ensure solution meets requirements.
