Alignerr Corp. seeks a Business Performance Analyst to lead teams creating business-focused AI training content across finance, strategy, and operations. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week, offering freelance autonomy and meaningful impact.

You will mentor analysts, oversee QA, ensure timely delivery, and provide actionable feedback. Prior leadership and business analysis experience are essential to turn complex problems into teachable content.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team management or team leadership experience.
• 3–6 years in business analysis, management consulting, strategy, or a closely related domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate the quality of business reasoning and content.
• Ability to provide detailed annotations and structured feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating structured, business-focused AI training content.
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across projects.
• Conduct thorough QA reviews of team outputs, refining processes and lifting overall quality standards.
• Provide clear, actionable performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular progress updates.
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and domain-focused content spanning finance, policy, e-commerce, strategy, and more.
• Identify gaps in content quality and implement systematic improvements across the team.
